Qavirona Circle terms
These terms apply to Qavirona Circle, run by Qavirona Luxury Travel (Udyam UDYAM-MH-19-0473686), Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067.
1. Membership
Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 or over with a verified mobile number or email address. One membership per person. We may decline or close a membership that is misused, with notice and reasons.
2. Eligible spend and trips
A trip is one completed booking reference. Eligible spend is the price of hotels, holiday packages, cruises, experiences and transfers before taxes, plus the base fare of flights. It excludes GST, TCS, airport and government charges, visa and service-provider fees, insurance premiums and forex. Visa-only, forex-only and insurance-only bookings are not trips.

3. Circle Points
- Points are credited after travel is complete. They are not credited on deposits or cancelled bookings, and points from a booking that is later cancelled are reversed.
- 1 point is worth ₹1 as a discount on a future Qavirona booking. Points have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The minimum use is 1,000 points. The maximum per booking is 10% of its value before taxes, and we may set a lower limit on a specific quote. Points cannot be used on visas, forex or insurance.
- The oldest points are used first. If a booking paid partly with points is cancelled, the points are returned with their original expiry date.
- Points expire 24 months after the date they are earned.
4. Tiers and perks
Tiers are reviewed monthly against the previous 24 months. A tier can move down by at most one level at a review, and we give 60 days’ notice with what is needed to keep it. Perks such as upgrades, early check-in and late check-out are requests to suppliers and are not guaranteed.
5. Bonuses and referrals
The welcome bonus of 1,000 points is credited after your first completed booking with eligible spend of ₹50,000 or more. Referral points (2,000 each) are credited when the new member’s first booking with eligible spend of ₹1,00,000 or more is complete; up to 10 referrals a year. Self-referrals are not rewarded.
6. Changes and closure
We give at least 60 days’ notice of any change that reduces the value of the programme. Points already earned keep their value. If the programme closes, members will have 90 days to use their points.
7. Your data
We use your details to run your membership as described in our privacy notice. You can close your membership at any time; unused points are then forfeited after notice.
